Yes. Every quote is free and completely no-obligation. We visit the property, talk through what you'd like done, and send a clear written quote so you know exactly what's included before any work starts.

There's no call-out fee and no pressure to book.

For larger jobs we agree a simple, staged payment schedule tied to progress, so you're never paying for work that hasn't been done. The schedule is set out in your quote before we start.

Smaller jobs are usually settled on completion.

Older London properties sometimes hide surprises behind the plaster. If we find something that isn't in the quote, we stop, show you what we've found, explain the options and price it before going any further.

You're never billed for something you haven't agreed to.

It depends on the size and scope of the work. A small repair might take a day, a bathroom a week or two, and a two-storey extension several months. We give you a realistic programme up front and keep you updated as we go.

In most cases, yes. We seal off work areas, keep dust down and do our best to keep a kitchen and bathroom usable throughout.

For very large projects we'll tell you honestly if moving out for a period would make life easier, and quicker.

We carry full public liability insurance and complete all work to current UK building regulations. We're happy to send you a copy of our cover before you commit to anything.

Yes. For projects that need architectural drawings, structural calculations or planning permission, we can manage the process for you and work alongside trusted local architects and structural engineers.

We'll also tell you when a job falls under permitted development and doesn't need an application at all.

Yes. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship, and many of the materials and installations we fit come with their own manufacturer guarantees, which we pass on to you.
